Dr. Dan Berger, President
Dr. Berger is an organizational consultant with over 30 years of experience as a psychologist working in various settings. He holds a doctorate in Personnel Psychology from Columbia University. His consulting experience is diverse and includes Business settings (American Airlines, Bank of New Jersey and Personnel Sciences Center), Health Care settings (Atria Senior Living Group, Good Samaritan Hospital and Sunrise Senior Living) and Education settings (City College of New York and State University of New York at Stony Brook). His keen ability to work with both individuals and small groups allows him to identify work related problems and implement change. Dr. Berger utilizes the concept of flow as a vehicle for observing the function and dysfunction of an organization and can pinpoint interruptions of flow and help to correct it. A manager himself, having run the Suffolk Institute for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, he is sensitive to management issues from the inside. He has co-authored "Flow Of Work And The Company's Fortunes: A Playbook For Productivity". The book highlights Group Dynamics USA contribution to the professional literature. He is married and has three sons. He enjoys playing Tennis, Golf and Kayaking on Long Island Sound.
